DJS Tractor Parts Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty

  • Parts are warrantied for 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Immediate replacement is provided for any defects in workmanship.

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective part or a refund of the purchase price.

  • No replacement is offered for items broken by the customer.

  • Returns on opened carburetor kits are not accepted.

  • We are not responsible for the manner in which any of our products are used. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the product. After use, the user assumes all risk and liability.

Merchandise Returns

  • Please open and inspect all merchandise upon arrival. Keep all packing materials and paperwork.

  • Non-defective or undamaged merchandise may be returned for exchange, refund, or credit within 30 days.

  • Special order items are not returnable.

  • No refunds on shipping charges.

Backorders

  • We will notify you of any items that are out of stock or on backorder.

  • You will have the option to cancel or wait for the item to become available.

Book & Manual Policy

  • Returns for exchange, refund, or credit on books or manuals are not accepted.

Electrical Parts

  • Returns for exchange, refund, or credit on electrical parts are not accepted.
