The Allis-Chalmers 8050 was a larger 8000 Series row-crop tractor introduced in 1982. It used a 7.0-liter six-cylinder diesel, independent PTO, hydrostatic power steering, and a standard Acousta cab with heat and air conditioning.
The 8050 was offered in two- or four-wheel drive, with a high-crop version available. It followed the 7045/7060 class of tractors and shared the 8000 Series design with the 8030 and 8070.
Serial number locations: The tractor serial number appears on a decal on the left side of the frame just ahead of the fuel tank. It is also stamped into the casting at the rear of the tractor, above and to the left of the PTO shaft.
