Description
Rear spinout (Power Shift) wheel rim, 13 x 28. 4 rails with stop adjustment holes drilled 90 degrees perpendicular to the side of the rim, not 90 degrees to the rail. USA made.
To determine rim width, measure on the inside from bead to bead, not outside to outside.
